It is a powerful course! It really showed me where I can grow in my own life. It gave me incredible tools for use, not only with client, but also with myself. It has greatly impacted my awareness of my actions in my own life. I am now able to reframe a lot of my own issues that come up.

I love the group energy and the practical exercises we did. The reframe meditation is my favourite as it helps me incredibly to reframe issues I’ve been struggling with for years. The practical skills of active empathetic listening stood out for me.

My overall experience was realising that everyone has the potential to be a life coach, the course gives you tools to fine tune what is already within each of us. It has made me a better listener as well as observer. It’s made me realise what being there for someone really means.

I enjoyed all the tools it taught me personally and what I can teach my clients. I loved realising and making the client aware of their power and the power of being present.

What stood out for me is that everyone has “life coaching” in them. Knowing how to do it properly and using the tools is all it takes to fine tune what was already there.

At first I was overwhelmed and cautious of the new experience. I gradually eased up as time passed. Having such welcoming and accepting people around me helped. This course is definitely one that has challenged me, where I can grow and improve myself, and my skills. My overall experience of this course is challenging and positive.

It has shown me new parts of myself and woken up parts of myself that I thought were a part of my past. It has woken up my passion for helping other as well as doing some inner healing.

I loved the way we all connected as a class and made it a safe space to share and be open. My favourite tool is the active empathetic listening because it actually helps people to feel hear, understood and un-judged. S-A-F-E.

What stood out for me was that I actually am allowed to agree and disagree and have my own opinion – and to be confident in what I choose to believe and stand up for that.

The course was intense in a way and I learned even that was OK. It turned out to be an extremely powerful and fun learning experience how to grow and expand and get in touch more with my feelings and beliefs and how to overcome and grow out of my experiences. In many ways it gave me opportunities to grow and learn as individual. It taught me I can help others to realise we all have the power within ourselves to change and grow and be open to new experiences and so much more.

I realised that I can do it with practice, participation and that I do need to listen more and not to assume or judge and how I used to bring myself down with what I was thinking and push my feelings aside and not to do it anymore.

I loved connecting with people and how to be present in the moment and to enjoy the process of change and expansion. My favourite tool is to breathe and smile and to be in the present moment more and also clear communication.

The course was intense. To practice active empathetic listening, to actually hear another person, feelings and how for them to move forward in their life. It has made me become more in tune with myself and then being able to hear and understand others without judgement and being softer on myself.

The role play in class was awesome, it really took me out of my comfort zone. I loved reframing, a dynamic way of transforming the past from anchors that hold us back into a good foundation to build on.

What stood out for me was how similar we are as a human race and we all have our own life story.
