This is the perfect introduction to Metaphysics and Reiki.

It is an inward journey of self-development and enables you to rediscover yourself, your goals and dreams. You are introduced to your own energy body and the power of your thoughts and feelings. You become aware and mindful of what you want and the life you are currently creating. You learn to connect to and embrace your own and Universal energy, allowing it to merge and flow, enabling you to heal yourself and create an abundant life. You are taught the history of Reiki and its benefits as well as the Reiki hands positions for self-healing. A whole new world opens up for you and life becomes abundant again!

It takes Reiki to it’s grassroots, stripping it of all frills and adornments. It gives you a strong and stable foundation in Reiki and your ability to connect to it and use it for your brightest and highest expression and the good of All.

COURSE DURATION:  5 weekly classes of 4-5 hours each (dependent on size of class)

• I offer one free catch up session if you miss a lesson. After that catch ups are charged at R800 per hour.
